• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.
• Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your Hustle Sasa account.
• Match you with relevant gigs and process gig submissions.
• Process M-Pesa payouts for completed gigs.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important account or platform updates.
• Monitor and improve the security, reliability, and performance of our platform.

3. M-Pesa & Payment Data

Your M-Pesa phone number is used solely to process payouts for gigs you complete on Hustle Sasa. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN, and we will never ask you for it. All M-Pesa transactions are processed through Safaricom's official channels; Hustle Sasa does not have access to your M-Pesa account balance or transaction history beyond the payouts we send you.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

• With payment processors, strictly to complete M-Pesa payouts.
• With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
